A Telesales Executive in the real estate industry is responsible for reaching out to current and potential clients to boost sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into customers
 
Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to active and potential clients and give property details to client on call and convincing them for property visit.
  • Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
  • Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
  • Schedule visits to the site for interested leads, ensuring that appointments are set up efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to record and organize customer data, including contact information, follow-up dates, and any other relevant details.
  • Take regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them further along the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are required.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to clients’ queries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with tele calling, telesales, and inbound calls.
  • Knowledge of the real estate field is an added advantage.
