Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with timely communication throughout the process.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain candidate records and track progress.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for final candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an HR department.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
